FXZone Express Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern platform, tenant, broker, and administrative use of FXZone Express services, together with the Commercial Billing Addendum, Risk Disclosure, and Privacy Policy where applicable.

1. Service scope

FXZone Express provides trading, wallet, administrative, and connected service infrastructure subject to product availability, technical capacity, and legal restrictions. Some modules may rely on third-party providers.

2. Commercial billing

Tenant and broker commercial billing is governed by the Commercial Billing Addendum. Where a conflict exists between general terms and executed commercial documents, the executed commercial documents control for billing, settlement, and performance items.

3. Account use and compliance

Users must provide accurate information, follow platform rules, and avoid prohibited conduct including fraud, abuse, market misconduct, sanctions evasion, and credential misuse. Access may be suspended where legal or operational controls require it.

4. Technology and provider dependency

Service continuity can be affected by hosting, exchange APIs, payment providers, blockchain networks, third-party integrations, scheduled maintenance, and other dependencies outside direct control.
